Yummy in Their Tummy – Bacon Ranch Chicken

13 Nov
My guys have suggested that I share
some of their favorite meals.
These meals are quick and easy to make
and they love them.

Today’s recipe is

Bacon Ranch Chicken

Ingredients

5 – boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 – 10.5oz cans of cream of chicken soup
1 – 8oz container of sour cream
1 – 2.5oz packet of real bacon pieces
1 – 16oz packet ranch dressing mix
1 – 16oz bag of extra wide egg noodles

Mix bacon pieces, ranch dressing mix, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup
and pour mixture over chicken breasts in crock pot.

Cook on medium setting for 4-6 hours.

About half an hour before chicken is done, cook the egg noodles until tender.

While the noodles are cooking, take the chicken out of the crock pot and shred it.
You can do this easily with 2 forks.

Once both are done, put the shredded chicken and noodles
back into the crock pot and mix together.
Let the mixture cook for another 5-10 minutes and serve.

We had a salad and biscuits with our meal.

Not only is this meal super easy to make, but it is also inexpensive.
This meal costs under $15.

Enjoy!

What is an easy and inexpensive meal that you make for your family?

So this is like my chicken stroganoff but with RANCH! I would have never thought of that…I'm allergic to MSG so have to make my own cream soups, but they're still cheap meals! still, I often cheat and use chicken stock and add a roux to it. my boys still love it!so I have decided: You can't go wrong when chicken and egg noodles are involved 😉
